Finished Day 2

Ok so I started this new workout routine yesterday.  It is 12-weeks in length with basically a workout 5 days a week.  I hurt.  Because I am committed to doing this, I am going to need to change my daily schedule to accommodate it.  I have not figured out how to best do it yet.  Here is my dilemma.  It takes about 2 hours for each workout.  I know, I know, a long time.  But after two days, I can tell that it is really good and I think I will really like the results in the end.  So I can either do what I have been doing, going after work and battle for machines with the rest of the 92806-8 zip codes population; go during lunch (again the 2 hour thing); or before work (I am not a morning person).  The one thing for sure is I am going to have to get over is my fear of showering in public because I am a sweaty mess afterwards.  And in the morning, I would go to work right after, and the same for lunch.  More importantly, I don't want to damage the seats in my car.  I think I will finish out this week and try a couple of different options and see what I like and think I sustain.
